As a goodwill gesture, we offer refunds for payments made on custom design projects. However, the approval or denial of any refund request is at the sole discretion of our internal management team.

New design accounts are backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with our work, we will provide a full refund.

In cases where a client is not completely satisfied with our services, refunds may be issued and will be processed within 30 working days. Refunds will be credited either as account credits or through a direct bank deposit.

All refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser and credited to the same payment method used for the transaction.
