Terms and Conditions
1. Definitions
Client: The individual or organization engaging MYMART LLC to receive logo design services.
MYMART LLC: The service provider offering professional logo design and brand identity services.
Project: The agreed-upon logo design work as defined in the related proposal, contract, or statement of work.
Deliverables: All logo-related outputs produced by MYMART LLC, including logo concepts, final logo files, and associated design assets outlined in the Project scope.
2. Engagement of Services
2.1. The Client agrees to retain MYMART LLC to provide logo design services as described in the approved proposal or agreement.
2.2. MYMART LLC will perform the services using professional skill, reasonable care, and creative expertise, and will aim to meet agreed timelines.
3. Payment Terms
3.1. Payment amounts and schedules will be outlined in the signed proposal or agreement.
3.2. MYMART LLC may require an upfront deposit and/or milestone-based payments before commencing or continuing logo design work.
3.3. Any requests outside the agreed logo design scope will require a revised estimate and may be subject to additional fees.
4. Project Timeline
4.1. An estimated timeline for logo delivery will be provided. Delays caused by Client feedback, revisions, or unforeseen circumstances may extend the timeline.
5. Revisions and Feedback
5.1. The Client is entitled to the number of logo revisions specified in the proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
6. Ownership and Rights
6.1. Upon full payment, the Client receives ownership rights to the final approved logo design. MYMART LLC retains ownership of any preliminary concepts not selected.
6.2. MYMART LLC retains the right to display the logo design in its portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Confidentiality
7.1. Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the logo design process.
7.2. MYMART LLC will not disclose the Client’s confidential business information without prior written consent.
8. Termination
8.1. Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. The Client agrees to pay for all logo design work completed up to the termination date.
8.2. Upon termination, all completed and paid-for logo Deliverables will be provided to the Client, and remaining work will cease.
9. Liability
9.1. MYMART LLC is not responsible for any business, financial, or branding outcomes resulting from the Client’s use of the logo.
9.2. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold MYMART LLC harmless from any claims arising from the use of the logo design.
10. Governing Law
10.1. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction within the United States.
